• The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Periodic inspections, maintenance, repair, and replacement of worn-out parts, as well as commodities like batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, cables, and recording heads.

• Abuse or misuse, including but not limited to failure to use this product for its intended purpose or following Sidrabazar usage and maintenance recommendations. Defects caused by using the product with accessories that have not been approved for use with this product by Sidrabazar.

Registration fee & Commission terms

In the initial stage of contract, the fee structure will be as follows:-

sidrabazar.com shall receive one time registration fee of AED 1000 upon signing the contract from seller and listing fee of AED: 1 for one SKU. Initially there will not be a monthly subscription fee.

2. Commission on turnover.

If an Invoice Is Not Settled Within A maximum Of 60 days from the date when the Invoice was issued,This will be considered as non-Fulfillment of the contractual obligations on behalf of the shop and hence sidrabazar In this event, Reserves the right to terminate the contract without prior notice.

4. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charge will be 4 AED per order under which following criteria will be applicable,

If Delivery is by the seller.

Here delivery is carried by the seller's manpower and vehicle. Under this, delivery charge proportion will be 3:1(3 for seller & 1 for sidrabazar)

If Delivery is by sidrabazar.

Here delivery is carried by sidrabazar’s manpower and vehicle. Under this, delivery charge proportion will be 1:3(1 for seller & 3 for sidrabazar)

If Slot delivery.

Here delivery scheduling on slot base under ‘delivery time slot management’. Here delivery will be free of cost to customers. But there will be a fixed charge, if delivery is carried out by sidrabazar from the seller.

If you inform us you intend to return all of your order within seven working days of receiving it due to faulty products, we will refund your delivery charge in full. If you're only returning some of the products, or all of the products but after the seven working day period, your delivery charge will not be refunded and further charges for uplift may be applicable.

INEVITABLE ACCIDENT-FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage, or any delay or failure in performance, caused by events beyond its control, whether or not such events could have been reasonably anticipated (including acts of God, legislative, judicial or regulatory acts of any provincial or the federal government, court, or regulatory authority, acts of any of our subcontractors or any third-party providers of goods or services to us, labour disruptions, blackouts, embargoes).

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference (including in relation to any tortious or statutory claim) ("Dispute") arises out of or in connection with or in relation to this Terms of Use, including (without limitation) any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of this terms of use or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this Terms of use or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute. Any disputes or Claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC- LCIA Arbitration Centre), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by references in this clause. There will only be one arbiter. Dubai International Financial Centre will serve as the arbitration's seat, or legal location. The arbitration will be conducted entirely in English. Only civil and commercial disputes are dealt with by the DIFC Courts. Criminal cases do not fall under the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. All criminal cases are forwarded to the proper outside authority. This clause will survive any expiration or termination.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF RIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
